In coordination with the Executive Unit of IDPs in Shabwah Governorate & within the WASH and humanitarian food assistance for IDPs, host communities, returnees and marginalized
groups in six districts of Shabwah Governorate-Yemen, which is funded by German Foreign Ministry (AA) in partnership with Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH) (German Humanitarian Assistance Organization), 68 RRM kits were distributed for the third round within 72 hours to 45 families who are newly Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). Due to the armed conflict in the borders (Al-Baydah) of Shabwah Governorate, Yemen Family Care Association (YFCA) rapidly response to newly IDPs by distributing Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) kits to 41 households in Bayhan district & 4 household in Aatq district in Shabwah Governorate, where the response conducted according to Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) protocol.
The Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) kit contains:
1- One Female Dignity/Transit kit
2- Family Basic Hygiene Kits
