MEAL unit is organizing workshops for improving team capacity building. Elven training workshops have been held since October 3rd, 2021 about Preparing MEAL Plans, MEAL Budgets, Theory
of Change, RBM, Designing and Developing Surveys, etc. and more to come. Approximately, 20 people from YFCA headquarter and sub-offices are contributing to the conducted training workshops. They aim to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation team’s capabilities and skills for the sake of providing high-level services to the affected communities, and elevate the beneficiaries’ satisfaction. Such training will be persisted until fully reach the anticipatory performance.
